SILENT RETREATS & QUIET DAYS
Take time away from the noise and distraction of everyday life. Rest, pray, and listen for God; He longs for a relationship with us—and lovingly responds when we choose to be with Him. He draws near to heal, sustain, replenish, and empower us.
While on retreat, participants spend time alone with God in prayer and silence. Prayer is a relationship, and silence is making the space to listen for God.
Participants spend an hour a day with the director to help process and discern how the Holy Spirit is moving throughout their retreat.
In addition to her offerings, Anne is also leading Silent Retreats through Dovehouse Ministries. When you select register for one of these programs, you may be redirected to the Dovehouse website/registration page.

Check back for upcoming Silent Retreats
A silent retreat is a time of rest: an intentional time to listen for God in a new way without the busyness of life. Daily time is spent with scriptures, exploring walking paths, journaling and simply being with God. During a retreat, you will have the opportunity to meet with a Dovehouse Spiritual Director daily to discuss what is surfacing in your prayer, your heart and your relationship with God.
Can't get away for a long retreat?
Come away for a day; be quiet with the Scriptures, journal, rest, and seek God - apart from the busyness of life. Check back for new Quiet Days dates or subscribe to our email list.
Virtual Quiet Days
In this season of isolation and quarantine, we invite you to make space in your life for a Virtual Quiet Day. This Quiet Day is an opportunity to be quiet with the scriptures and your journal. It is an invitation to rest and to seek God away from the busyness of life.
Perhaps you are alone all the time during this season, but find it hard to settle down and enter into silence and solitude. Perhaps you are with your family all the time and need a reason to go to your bedroom or your yard for prayer and meditation. If so, consider this Virtual Quiet Day your invitation to drink deeply of God for a few hours.
This Virtual Quiet Day takes place on Friday from 9:30 am-3:30 pm. We will meet together via Zoom to begin our day together at 8:30 am and again at 3:00 pm to close our time together.
